Our a double room was absolutely fantastic with good view, the balcony as advertised. Besides, the location was unbeatable for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a public park. We were there for 1 night, overall had a such wonderful stay.

Booked a room with great views of the black sea. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom - huge. The setting was MAGNIFICENT, not far from a wonderful two restaurants-Ukrainian, city center, and the beach and the sea view. Spent our evenings in nearby Daiquiri Home enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

This hotel is definitely value for money! You get a basic, but clean room with good views and all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable - close to the promenade and railway, and just across the road from the beach. The staff are friendly and offer great service. The breakfast is also a nice touch.

Nothing not to like.

Great location with plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, we could see the sea and enjoy the sunlight as well as the beautiful surroundings. There was also an audio system available with great sound quality, which we appreciated and enjoyed.

The street noise was quite intense at night due to the heavy traffic of powerful cars and motorcycles. The beach was also crowded during peak hours, and access to the sea was challenging with rocky terrain for those unaccustomed to it.

The hotel's location is perfect - just across the road from the beach and close to Batumi's city center. The room was spacious and clean with a great sea view. The staff was helpful and provided excellent service.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was superb, with easy access to restaurants and small food stores. The hotel was only a few minutes' walk from the beach, where we were able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas at a reasonable price. The best part was the good music playing in the hallways and common areas.

One major drawback was the unstable Wi-Fi signal, which was only strong in certain areas. , the hotel staff seemed a bit unorganized and absent-minded at times.
